눈이 왔다!

ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ. 오늘 일어났을 때 주영랑 수연의 매세지를 봤어. '눈이 온다고....'!!!! 눈이 비처럼 하늘에 흐렸어. 진짜 신기해! 그래서 밥 먹은 후에 아즈랑 같이 사진을 찍으러 갔어.... ^^ ㅎㅎ

이따 도 나가야 돼....... 마지막 주말이니까.... >.<

stupid internet's down... :(

my internet's been down for the past 1 week! i've never felt so handicapped. :P freaking sad... :( :( i've done quite a lot in the past week.. hehe. just too much to be put into words! pictures will probably be up soon i guess. :P hehe.

all in all, i'm really glad i stayed on, cause i made loads of great friends! i'm sad to leave them, but i'll definitely be back! so wait for me. ;)

yest's weather was mad though. -11deg! wanted to take hilarious videos of sachiko, but my camera wouldn't work cause it was too cold! :( sadness. today was -7 deg so it wasn't so bad. at least i could wear my skirts out. hehe. sent a 20kg box back yesterday, but i still have loads left in my room! bad bad bad.. i need to send another box back before i leave!!!

돌아가는 시간이 점점 까가운데 기분이 도 좀 나빠졌어. 여기서 만나는 친구들 너무 친해하지고 재미있는 시간이 같이 지냈어. 아마 내가 자주 말하는데 근데 여기서 진짜 좋아! 오늘 주영이랑 점심을 먹을 때 내가 돌아가는 제목이 나왔어. 얼마나 슬프인지 알아? 엉엉.....

아마 내가 일하고 싶지않아서 연언히 여기에서 사고 싶다구.... 아... 모르겠다. 우리 다 언제 든지 다시 만날 수 있을 거 야??

장기하 얼굴들

recently, a guy named 장기하 has become very popular in korea. he is a singer by profession, but his music isn't what made him famous. but rather, its his mannerisms & earnest look while singing that has caught the attention of netizens around korea. i would liken him to the william hung of korea, albeit a better singer though. ;) he has even become one of the top 10 searched on naver & cyworld! some ppl have even taken to imitating his way of singing & dancing. ;)

there's a christmas-y feeling in the air....

i don't know if its the cool air coupled with the christmasy music played, or the christmas decorations & the fact that its already nov have something to do with this christmas like feeling i get when i go out onto the streets. the feeling i got when i was in a warm & heated shop, decked out in my coat/scarf/boots was quite unlike anything i've experienced before in singapore. i felt like christmas had already come. somehow, 28deg temperatures don't quite cut it. it really feels surreal, being able to experience winter for such a long period of time. if only i could stay till after christmas.... but my time here's up & i've to go back to SG. i should have changed my ticket to after christmas & told KP that i could only start in jan. but why didn't i do so!!?! *bonks myself on the head** sigh...

and after i got home last night, ju yeong came over, only intending to stay awhile to chat, but somehow, we ended up talking till 4am in the morning! she's really fun to talk to. n somehow, we always seem to have loads to talk about. you know how it is with some ppl? you can't seem to find anything to talk about to them at all. not even if you put them in the same cramped confined space with you for 4 hours. nope. nothing at all. that's how it is. one's character & personality plays a huge role as well! su yeon's another person whom i can talk to for ages. which is bad. cause i end up on nateon with her almost every night & sleep at 2am! 수연이!!! 다 너 때문에..... ^^ 장난이야.. 나 너 사랑해! ^-^

of winter, curry & me!

the temp dropped very very suddenly yesterday to -2! n it went down to -5 today! i think they shd give us some warning.. n apparently, its gonna drop to -7 tomorrow. yay!!!! hehe. happy. i <3 winter. so fun. :D except that i need to get myself some gloves. my fingers are freezing. n my ears & nose feels like its gonna drop off when i walk to sch in the morning. i shd wrap myself up like a mummy soon. haha. this is gonna sound gross, but its so cold that our noses keeps running. i half expect an icicle to pop out from my nose any time soon.

n it was curry party at my place after sch today. suyeon, juyeong, yuko, chiko, sam & anna came over today. hehe. super fun. n juyeong invited me over to her place next week. yippee. i dun wanna go back. its so fun here. i like the 4 seasons.ok. except summer. hehehe.

추워.....

오늘 아주 추워!!! 현제 온도는 용하 2도가 있거든! 아까 종각까지 갈 때 너무 추워... 바람이 불고 온도도 춥고... 손은 느낌이 없을 것 같아. 얼굴은... 얼음처럼. 완전히 춥다!

뉴스를 볼 때 낼 용하 5도까지 내릴 거야! 낼 두꺼운 웃 꼭 입어야지......

din tai feng was extremely fun! when the xiaolongbaos first came, we spent so much time taking pictures of & with it that most of the soup leaked out of them. :( but all in all, it was a great meal! 주영 is v fun to hang out with as well. ;) n azu was terrible. cause she kept pyscho-ing me to buy loads of stuff @ F21 cause it was so cheap. but honestly, i think my price tolerance for clothes n shoes has gone up. i think i was too stuck on the cheap gds that i could get in HK such tt i was more adverse to the better quality, albeit more expensive, items that i could get here. i kinda regret that i only got used to it in fall. i shopped loads in fall. just imagine summer!

left with slightly under 1 mth to go before i set foot on Singapore soil again. its been a great 5 mths so far(n counting) & i'm still craving for more. but work beckons... i'm already planning my leave for next year. after all, as my JC VP used to say, 'begin with the end in mind'. that will remain my motivation for year 2009. i already know what i'm gonna miss here in seoul. but let's not begin cause its way too sad. but. i'll be back!

christmas decorations are already up in seoul. i'm still sad that i'll have cotton wool & foam for snow. not to mention the everlasting hot & humid weather in SG. i'm already missing the cool weather. :(
